Original 104 year old window trim (above). The discussion from the very beginning is that we wanted to maintain this look with the new windows. Instead, the carpenter trims them as two separate windows with a quarter inch gap down the middle (below).
#Fail. Do it over and do it right.
At least the new guy did a better job in the master bedroom:

Coming into the home stretch and the back yard is looking like a disaster area

Base coat of the stucco is final up on the back and sides of the house
I love the tree shadow on the back of the house.

Vanity in and hooked up (only cold water works). Toilet in an working. Door installed. They just need to figure out how they are going to get the shower walls up to the 2nd floor to install them.

Starting to cut and place it in the room (but still not nailed down).
The cabinets finally start going in
And regardless of me measuring over and over again and telling them that the fridge wasn't going to fit into the alcove space I got shouted down, because, you know, they know what they are doing.
Then they tried to put it in and discovered, you guessed it, that it wasn't going to fit. A day lost to that rework.
The tile has almost made it to the dinning room and into the downstairs bath room. Almost.

Stucco and trim, finally up and painted. Looks pretty sweet and makes the house look imposingly tall from the back.
