Trim Fail

Original 104 year old window trim (above). The discussion from the very beginning is that we wanted to maintain this look with the new windows. Instead, the carpenter trims them as two separate windows with a quarter inch gap down the middle (below).
#Fail. Do it over and do it right.
At least the new guy did a better job in the master bedroom:
